Local Shipping & Pickup

  • Carrier: All local orders are dispatched via SF Express.

  • Dispatch Schedule: We dispatch orders on our weekday business days only. Tuesday to Friday

  • Weekly Cut-Off: Please note our weekly cut-off time is Friday at HKT 10:00 AM. Orders placed after this time will be processed and dispatched in the following working week.

  • Shipping Rates:

    • Orders over HKD 500: FREE Local Delivery.

    • Orders under HKD 500: HKD 30.

  • Self-Pickup: Available for FREE at our Coffee Shop.

International Shipping
We currently offer direct checkout and shipping to the following destinations:

  • Mainland China, Macao, Singapore, Australia, and Saudi Arabia.

Please Note: We are unable to ship products in powder form to these locations.

Customs & Import Duties
The shipping fee charged at checkout covers transportation costs only. It does not include import liabilities.

  • Recipient Responsibility: Any import duties, taxes, or brokerage fees levied by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the recipient. These are usually collected upon delivery.

  • Check Before You Buy: We recommend contacting your local customs office for specific details before placing an order.

  • Refused Shipments: If a shipment is refused due to unexpected import fees, the order will not be eligible for a refund.
